This notice covers Atris AI Fellowship, a program of Atris Labs, Inc. The program is for high school students, and a parent or guardian enrolls them.

What we collect

At checkout: the parent's name, email, phone, and billing details (card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by us), plus the student's name, grade, and track. If you join the list: your email. If you use the question box on our site: what you type into it. During the program: the work students create in their Atris account, and session recordings.

How we use it

To run the program, contact you about it, send weekly parent updates, give students feedback, and improve future cohorts. We do not sell personal information and do not use student information for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the program: Stripe for payment, our hosting and email providers, Google Meet for live sessions, and the AI model providers that power student tools (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google). Students are taught never to put personal information about anyone into an AI tool. Each gets only what it needs for that job.

Student work and recordings

Student projects are private by default. Recordings are shared only with the enrolled students and parents of this cohort, and are deleted within 90 days after Demo Day unless you ask us to keep them longer.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information or your student's at any time by writing to fellowship@atrismail.com. California residents have the rights described in the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we honor them for everyone.
